Looking for someone to do some Graffiti work on a fender for me. Not sure how to go about finding someone?

Mask off everything that you don’t want graffiti covered, and then park the car in a neighborhood with plenty of urban decay.

Find an art space or galley in your city and ask around. Good tattoo shops as well.

Another idea is to try and decipher some tags you see around town and try to look to arists up on Instagram. May be hard to contact them, however, as they may think you’re a cop.
